Liked Lovely pool are and gym, big apartmnet with washing machine and kitchen. Great location close to petronas towers

Disliked Nothing to dislike

Liked We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is excellently located, right next to several shopping malls and the famous Petronas Towers. It is very well equipped, offering great facilities such as a modern gym, two pool decks, a game room, and more. We also really liked our room.

Disliked However, there were a few drawbacks: the room had a noticeable smell of smoke, likely from a previous guest; the bathroom faucet was loose; and the kettle was still filled with water when we arrived. The check-in process also felt somewhat indifferent and not very welcoming. Despite these points, the hotel is still highly recommended overall, and we would gladly come again.

Brilliant building with lovely facilities close to mall and towers.

Liked We really loved this apartment. Nice views, well appointed and a huge comfortable bed and good bathroom. We were on the 26th floor and enjoyed viewing the city life. The rooftop pool is fabulous with the best views of the Patronas towers. Other pool looked great also. We were very late to arrive to check in due to transport issues as we’d travelled from Thailand. I kept in touch with the agent and Faisal was there to greet us after midnight with the key. We appreciate that so much, Thankyou.

Disliked Only improvement would be to add a hand towel for the bathroom. Also a tea towel for the kitchen. Then it’s perfect.

Liked The room features a very large, incredibly comfortable bed, complete with a big, cozy blanket.
