Liked Very bad service! They charged us an extra 40 Ringgit just to enter the hotel because we arrived an hour earlier from the airport. My child was sick, yet they refused to give us the key. Despite the heavy security outside, our laptop and mobile were stolen. They didn’t even allow us to check the CCTV footage, and the police did nothing. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book a room here.
