Ok for the price but wouldn't return again

Liked The price was reasonable, overall easy to check in, the place was ok for a night's stay.

Disliked No shampoo, towels are provided but not absorbent at all and it looks so worn and torn, it could pass off as floor mats. Since I didn't bring own towels, no choice but to use it. However, I use my own tissue to wipe my face. The washroom basin drainage is jammed closed, have to use the pantry sink to brush teeth. The overall looks clean, but the bedsheet or blanket had a weird smell as if it wasn't changed from the previous use.

It was a fair stay which needs a bit more improvements.

Disliked Overall cleanliness could be improved. I noticed lizard droppings in the room, and the bed was uncomfortable, which caused me back pain. The stay was just nice overall. However, we checked in late and requested a late check-out, but the host said it wasn’t possible due to needing time to clean for the next guests. We were charged a 45 cleaning fee, but I feel the cleanliness could still be improved.

Liked I like all given facilities.

Disliked Check in at 3pm (Okay lah) but check out time too early at 11am. At least 12pm would be nice for everyone.
