Decent stay where swimming pool could be better

Liked Sufficient utensils for use, big fridge and a water dispenser. Many eating places near the stay. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Disliked The towels didn't smell fresh and only 2 chairs at dining table, insufficient for a family of 4. Sofa is a size for 2. The adult swimming pool is in a bad state, looked murky and green with many parts cordoned off due to tiles chipping (warnings flashed at pool entrance) and indeed, my boy's foot got scrapped from the pool's tiles and so happened to get sick after playing in the pool. The management should look into maintaining it.

Disliked Honestly, this stay was not worth the money at all. Do not be fooled by the photos — the actual condition of the room was far from what was shown online. We found a cockroach inside the room, which was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable about the hygiene and cleanliness. The air conditioning was not cold enough, so the room was uncomfortable to stay in, and the shower head was also broken and did not function properly. These are basic things that should have been checked before allowing guests to stay. The room may look nice in the photos, but the actual cleanliness and maintenance do not match the appearance online. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place. If you are considering booking, please read the recent reviews carefully and don't rely solely on the photos.
