Disliked The toilet was not really clean, and there was quite a lot of dust. The additional pillow was provided without a cover. Also, the air conditioner in the second room was not functioning.

Disliked Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing and definitely did not meet our expectations. Firstly, the actual unit looks very different from the photos shown on Booking.com. The photos make the place look much newer, cleaner and better maintained, but in reality, the unit looks quite old and worn out. We were honestly quite surprised when we arrived because it was not what we expected based on the listing photos. The cleanliness was also disappointing. The bedsheets did not look properly cleaned and had visible stains, which made us uncomfortable. The bathroom was not very clean either, the basin was clogged and leaking, and the drinking water dispenser was not working. The parking arrangement was another major frustration. We had 4 cars but were only provided with 2 links to generate the visitor QR codes required to enter the residence parking. We were initially told that there was no need to register the vehicles, but in reality, the QR code was still required for entry. We had been requesting the additional links since the night before and waited until the next morning without getting the issue properly resolved. Because of this, some of our cars had to remain parked outside the residence, which we did not feel was safe. Communication was also frustrating as we kept receiving automated AI replies that did not actually understand or resolve the issue. Overall, the actual condition of the unit does not match the impression given by the Booking.com photos. Between the cleanliness issues, stained bedsheets, old and poorly maintained condition, faulty facilities, and troublesome parking arrangement, the experience was very disappointing. For a homestay, I think basic cleanliness, properly working facilities, accurate listing photos and clear parking instructions are the minimum guests should be able to expect. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it based on our experience.
