Disliked The host ALVIV management. Photos attached . Tats the best moment of welcoming from the host, chk in rules 3pm - 11am, tats wat every guest paid, I have to let those humble cleaners to make up the unit ,by then is 4pm ++. Bravo 👏. The only compensation is to late chk out 1.30pm instead of 11am which is unnecessary. Even the host top guy has no guts to negotiate or difuse the situation when the staff called him .

Liked Wifi useless, everything 👌

Disliked The facilities need to improve more. 1. Iron & the iron board need to be replace the better one. 2. The towel also please replace the better one. Its really old and not suitable for stay cation use. 3. The kitchen. Induction cooker not functioning. 4. Water dispenser the cold part not function well. All this facilities is really important for those who bring over the family and stay because got and event. And the price we paid should be reasonable with how we expect. 5. Swimming pool need to be registered since its pack of people.

Disliked The air-conditioning was not cooling well, which made the room uncomfortable. The drop-off/pick-up area was also not very convenient for families with infants and toddlers, especially when using a stroller. We were disappointed with the way the security guard handled the situation. While we were waiting for/boarding our Grab with a stroller and carrying a baby/toddler, the guard whistled loudly at us and asked us to move immediately to give way to vehicles coming out. We were already standing away from the gantry and were not blocking it. When parents are carrying a young child and handling a stroller, it is not always possible to move immediately. We hope the security staff can be more respectful, patient and understanding towards families with young children while still managing the vehicle traffic safely. We hope the management will also take into consideration the needs and convenience of residents and visitors, and not only focus on what is convenient for the management or vehicle movement. A family-friendly property should provide a safe and comfortable drop-off area, especially for families travelling with infants, toddlers and strollers.

Liked All rooms are very comfortable and clean, many extra beds and pillows
