Great stay, bed was comfy

Liked Location is great and there’s a link bridge to Pavillon mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I could leave my luggage with them after check out and before my departure time.

Liked The location was very good near to the mall and everything.

Disliked Very disappointing stay, the welcoming was not good at all and the rooms had a horrible smell like sewage and garbage which made it very uncomfortable, there are also way too many rules and you can’t even access the reception normally, whenever you need something you have to contact a number and they tell you someone will come to help but most of the time they don’t even respond, overall the service and communication were very poor and the whole experience was disappointing.

Disliked The biggest issue was that the property was almost impossible to find. The accommodation was advertised as Atelier, but it is actually known locally as Banyan Tree Pavilion. None of the taxi drivers recognised the name listed on the booking, and as a result we spent a significant amount of money on taxis trying to locate it. We also had to walk around in heavy rain with our luggage for a long time before eventually finding someone who informed us that the property had changed its name. This information should have been clearly communicated before our arrival or updated on the Booking.com listing. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and additional transport costs that could have been avoided with accurate information. I believe the listing should be corrected immediately to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problem.

Liked Lovely boutique hotel that is at the heart of Kuala Lumpur, helpful staff, especially Ajid. I was able to check in earlier and am very grateful for that as I had to rush out to attend a meeting quite a ways from town. Spacious room, very comfortable stay, close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang.

Home at the City

Liked Cleanliness, Location & Home Feels, unit ammenities are nice.

Disliked Wifi at the lobby & aircon is not friendly use to adjust temperature.
