Communication is poor and apts are smelly and dirty.
Liked The property smelled. The furniture is stained and dirty. There are little tiny bugs on the tables. The rooms were dilapidated and old. The staff are rude and unhelpful. We got a call while we were online at the airport immigration telling us to send a deposit via a local bank. We traveled over 17 hours stop over 4 and try then 7 hours. I was expected during this travel to check a WhatsApp message sent while I was I flight.
Disliked Honestly, I am sorry to say that I expected better. I stayed at a property at M suites and sadly expected the same quality. Price was high and quality was low. I advise tourists to go to a hotel and not be cheated by Grabstay.
