Liked All is good except the parking. There are only 2 parking space for the entire hotel. The rest have to park at the public parking area. If stay on normal days, have to worry about paying the public parking charges per hour from 8am to 5pm, except weekend and public holiday.

Liked the room is big and it above a restaurant, but it doesn’t have it own carpark so need to get your own coin to use the public csrpark

Tiny room on check in.nice stay after room changed

Liked At check in we were given a tiny room with no room for even a small cabin bag, door to ensuite doesn't open fully blocked by the wash basin! Complained to the reception that we won't be able to stay in the same room for 5 nights. (Didn't ask for upgrade, just room change). The gentleman on that day was very helpful & moved us to another bigger room. No words about upgrade or added cost for the move. Next day a lady receptionist rang me to ask for extra $$ per night for the upgrade. I told her that we didn't asked for upgrade & that I'd like to speak with her manager. She hung up & we didn't hear back from her again. The male receptionist did the right thing (I'm certained he'd have consulted the manager before moving us). Commendable for his service. We have had a pleasant stay for the rest of the week. This is our 2nd/3rd time staying in this hotel. We like it for the cleanliness & good house keeping & convenient location. To the hotel manager please thanks the Male receptionist for his call to action.(22/12/2018). The female receptionist who worked the next day should check the detail before ringing the guests asking for money!! Would be happy to pay for the upgrade if we were
