Disliked A bit noisy because near to main road and wifi a bit slow

Liked The location is good and close to the main attraction, and we wanted to thank the jilbab lady and the Indian-looking lady who were very helpful and kind when we asked for directions! However, the other staff’s customer service is terrible. The check-in process was a pain, and the Malay woman at the check-in counter wasn’t friendly at all. The other Malay woman who works at the front desk every morning is the worst, very rude and unhelpful. I don’t know how someone like her ended up in customer service.
