Worth the price
Liked The property has a Carpark which is very convenient to me. They also have water dispenser.
Disliked It is very easy to hear the noise outside the room, not suitable for those who love quiet spaces.

Liked spacious room
Disliked the host emphasized that hotel-like service is not able to be given. i understand, but the service could be better. there could be more amenities other than just one bottle of soap. kitchen could be filled more than just one scratched small frying pan or one small pot.
