never want to repeat booking..

Liked nothing i like..

Disliked very bad service, this homestay is are private..no counter at the property..so, you have to call them to check in..but when i want to check in, they didn’t answer my call..i call many times about 1 hour..i try to whatsapp them but no respon also..after 1 hour they reply my whatsapp, they ask me to call the booking.com and cancel the booking..i try to calm and them just let me check in..because its really to late to me find another place to stay..but they just denied, and bluetick my chat..i really disappointed with this homestay..i never find homestay like this in my life..

Disliked The apartment was a disappointing experience overall. It was dirty, and the owner was not particularly friendly. We were unexpectedly asked to travel an additional 30 minutes from Arte just to collect the keys, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Upon arrival, the toilet had an unpleasant smell, and there were cigarette butts left on the floor. Tiny cockroaches were crawling around the corners of the house, making the place feel unhygienic. The TV couldn't be used because the remote control had dead batteries, and the bedsheets were not clean—one of my group members was bitten by bedbugs. Parking was not included in the price and had to be paid separately during the deposit process, which wasn't clearly stated upfront. To make things worse, the refund for the deposit took quite a while to be processed, causing even more hassle. Overall, I expected much better. This stay was far from comfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless serious improvements are made.
