Liked Open for room booking but when it's time to stay..no room. Booking already made and confirmed.

Scam

Disliked 1. Room is not clean 2. The lights is broken 3. They ask me to pay a deposit of rm150 before check in. And will be refund after 48 hours. But 2 weeks passed and I ws the owner, but they ignore it. A big scam

Liked Comfortable place to stay for few days but nit any longer. The place lack of complementary items such as mirrors, soaps, trash plastics etc. Quite difficult to find the room too but I guess that's just how Arte was designed.
