Liked Whenever i booked i pay extra for priority. In priority chek there are facilities for late checkout but when i paid them 200Rm for security deposit. They cutted 90Rm for late checkout

Disliked It's a scam. Do not book any property under Sweet home. You will receive a message few hours before your check-in saying that there is a water leakage and the unit is not available for your stay. Then, you will need to contact Booking.com yourself to manage the refund and they will take 7 to 12 working days to refund. Booking.com will ask you to book other options and you will need chip in more money again. I went through this same situation 3 times in a day until I got frustrated and changed to other platform. It turned out to be a very stressful day for me and my family. Day by day need to continue follow up on the refund. And I am so surprised why Booking.com do not take any responsibility to remove all these scammers and let them continue advertising in their platform

The host cancle my booking through out whatsapp , but he nvr cancle in booking my money was wasted

Liked It's not suitable for family staycation. Cleanses out. More than requested to check out 11 am. Lift service totally out. It's was confused.

Disliked No mirror in the room. Washing machine out of service Fridge not clean.
