Disliked I booked the stay the operator immediately send message that they cannot accommodate me because of the toilet under repair.Then ask me personally cancel with Booking instead of just cancel it from their side.Not even want to reply me after that.My CC remain charges.No refund no one contact me.I seldom use Booking and mostly I use Agoda.When I do this thing happen.Poor management Booking.com. Not even know what happen and careless. Dont book the accommodation use this Booking.Use Agoda better.😡😡😡
