Disliked 1. The owner is unresponsive to calls and messages. 2. The house was dusty, and the toilets were dirty. 3. There were many cockroaches in the house. 4. The sofa and beds were filthy. 5. None of the heaters were working. 6. The kitchen faucet was broken. 7. The lock of toilet doors are not working. 8. The owner did not inform us that electricity charges would be deducted from the deposit. He only mentioned it after we had already made the payment. 9. The owner promised to refund the deposit upon checkout, but two days have passed, and he has not returned it. He also ignoring my calls and messages

Checkin time while waiting since 3.45 and 4.30 we got the key and this and that 5pm we enter the room. Badly we really can't stay and checkout at 6. Searching another place to stay . Pantry sink really damage (no picture attach- ask the host) and remind us to us toilet sink. And the toilet is wet and toilet bowl is dirty. Stain...

Disliked ALMOST EVERYTHING I DONT LIKE ABOUT THE PROPERTY, FIRST THE PROPERTY WAS VERY VERY DIRTY . the owner also rude and give the information last minute . dont reserve this property because there is a lots of hidden fees . the host also give the deposit within 14 days. what a dumb host . better banned this account from booking.com . no manners ! disgusting property ever !! pengotor punya owner
