Liked I have very bad experience with the management. They couldnt provide the stay because of water leakage provlem but only give me whatsapp 3 minutes before the check in. They refused to cancel my booking and ask me to settle with booking.com directly, but when the customer service call them, they twist the story. I never had bad experience with booking.com but this 1 particular event leave me a scar.

Fraud service by the host.

Liked Nothing, the host is irresponsible.

Disliked All of the service provided by the host are terrible, we booked a duplex unit with high price as advertise in the website, booked for 4 adults for duplex unit, but when the moment of check in, the host gave us a studio unit with only one small double bed, so the other 2 adults were not having any beds, the host gave excuses as the duplex unit are not in good condition due to electricity problem, the host then gave us option to stay for one night in that studio and the next night we will get the duplex unit, until the next morning we agree to return the key so that they can do cleaning for the studio unit and prepare the duplex unit, but in the end, they scamming us by saying the duplex unit is not completely repaired yet, then the host promise to refund the half price for one night, but guess what, until today, they didnt refund yet using excuses booking website didnt pay the funds to them yet. Bad service, fraud business, not recommend to having a stay at there, self checkin is complicated as well. And the television is no internet connection, nothing can be turn on! Not worth the price.
