Disliked There was no extra or visitor parking provided. For guests renting a large unit, it is expected that they would be travelling with a large family and multiple vehicles. Therefore, additional or visitor parking should have been made available. Unfortunately, this resulted in us being fined for parking along the roadside outside the property. Our unit also was not provided with toiletries, and the staircase within the unit is not child-friendly and poses a safety risk for children.”

Disliked My recent stay at unit provided in Arte Apartment was unfortunately very disappointing. The unit had a strong unpleasant smell upon arrival, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. The dining table was dirty and covered with sticky residue, which was unacceptable. I have to buy few fresheners even for 1 night staying. The toilet was also very smelly, adding to the discomfort throughout the stay. The pillows were extremely flat—almost like sleeping without one—which made it difficult to rest properly. On top of that, there appeared to be stagnant water leakage on the ceiling, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. Overall, the unit is not well maintained for rental purposes. I would not recommend staying here unless the host takes serious action to improve cleanliness and upkeep.

Liked Location is a central but entering the compound is troublesome

Disliked The whole house very musky and wet, and ventilation is not that good.
