Bad experience.

Disliked slow response.. I waited more than 30 minutes to check in. The check out was even much slower. The person in charge (PIC) asked me to return the key to him personally. I informed the PIC a night before about the time I wanted to check out.. I waited so long for him, the the messages sent were not replied also. There was no coordination between the PIC and the guy working in the management office.

Good value of money

Liked Easy check in and responsive staff through WhatsApp.

Disliked Saw some hair on the pillow and bed sheet.
