Disliked I had two apartments. They gave me two apartments in different floors. It was very difficult to move to both apartments while the card is access to it floor only.

Disliked my worst experience ever!! i got scammed by the host. i cannot use my access card and the host just did nothing for 1+ hour. they said my issue need to be settled with the management so i need to wait until monday (i booked on saturday) which what do you expect? me and my friends to sleep at the lounge? and then the host said they'll check with their 'team' although there's nobody at the property. you guys should at least send one of your guys to help us on the day we want to check in. to prepare for any issues like us. then the host just gave us a brilliant solution to just cancel and find ourselves other units because it's not their problem. I've told the host that we're actually in a rush but no action taken because they don't have anyone to check. don't get me started on the refund. they could've simply transferred back the security deposit but they chose to take 3 working days just to refund it 🤦🏻‍♀️ it's not the booking refund because I know it'll took a while. it is another deposit of rm200 that i need to deal with the host personally. that's all lah. malas nk tulis panjang2 tapi mmg the worst experience ever. i got stood up mcm org bodoh dkt lounge. tu pon nasib baik

Disliked The unit is not worth for what we paid for. No water Dispenser. No proper Ulteils,plates and cups. No mirror in rooms we had to go to toilet to comb hair. The owner too pushy. We Check in late only. Keep pushing to Check out Early.
