Disliked Not properly clean. Dirty floor. Left over towels. Reuse of bedsheet and mattress. Clogged toilet floor for drainage. Frequently follow up for deposit return.

Safe location but not so convienent. Communication can be more transparent.

Liked Provided arrival details. Was going to be early. No reply for a day. Was advised that rules will be advised later. No further information. The unit is in the residence. Small lobby beside the property management. Nothing else. Communication hit or miss with probably a subcontractor - Nest Homestay (AL) Armadale. Different number from that listed on booking.com The mail box for the unit was 'locked'. Found out it wasn't much of a lock. Can twist to open. Nothing as describe to collect entry card or key. Eventually contacted someone from Nest through the property manager. Unit was not as advertised in interior. Cluttered yard. Some interior fittings broke. Luckily the essentials were functioning. Wifi worked for a day and there after not available. Advised Nest agent. No response. Felt being gaslighted.
