Disliked 1.The staff not user friendly 2. The facilities not comfortable (toilet door is broken, shortage of water supply in toilet) 3. So many cockroaches under the bed 4. The television is not functioning 5. The air conditioner is not cool

Disliked Everything baf.. very shocking.. this hotel shouldn't even be on Booking.Com platform. In fact, Ark Wave Hotel doesn't exist, what's there is New Wave Hotel, which is very disappointing. I ended up canceling my stare here & checked into another nearby hotel

stay just because near to event location & cheap compare to others which sugessted in Booking.com

Disliked This hotel is difficult to park..cleanliness is not good, the good thing is there is an elevator to the upper floor
