Jalan Kiara 4
Liked Location was brilliant, security were very accommodating and took their roles seriously. Having a shopping mall next door and in the lower levels was really convenient and they are staffed with very friendly people as well as offering high quality.
Disliked Water dispenser didn't work reliably but I mainly used bottled water anyway.
Disliked Great reviews, horrible reality.👎🏻 Waited almost 3hours with repeated calls and not a single response from the host. Then, suddenly, a “sorry” at night.❌ Apparently, the reviews were better than the actual hospitality. 😮💨
Liked Great location. Good amount of space.
Disliked The toilet wasn't particularly clean. The toilet paper hadn't been restocked. Otherwise, was okay.
Liked Location was great, Aircon was great. Had an issue with overnight work opposite which the host did follow up.
Disliked Apartment was not as shown in the photos. As it was used as a base it worked but disappointed on initial arrival.
