Liked Nothing at all!

Disliked I have been scammed! Booking confirmed. Host then whtsapp me, requesting for the payment together with refundable booking & said will proceed with the check in info once the payment been made. Unfortunately, the host is uncontactable once the payment has been made! Then the next few hours received email from the managements said that one of their staff been caught for cheating & promised to proceed with the investigation & refund. Until now, i didnt received any feedback and it is very frustrating.

For the price paid (RM 450), the lack of many basic things make this stay a disappointment.

Disliked No kettles, no spoons and knife, old and rusty kitchen appliances. Rickety furniture ( beds look like they could fall down at any moment) wardrobe with its doors missing. The only comfortable furniture were the sofa in the living room. Host also kept guest’s Whatsapp on bluetick. Need to call mulitple times to get instructions to check in. No fans, makes the room feel stuffy. We had to open the windows to let air in. Noisy neighbours, people singing until late at night (1am) No basic necessities (at least provide some shower gels and towel)
