Liked I liked nothing in this miserable place.

Disliked Avoid This Hotel at All Costs When we checked in, we told ourselves it was just a three-night stay since we had no other options. However, during checkout, I left my wife and infant in the room at 11:55 AM to ask the reception if they could arrange a car to Kuala Lumpur. They informed me they couldn't help and directed me to travel agencies for assistance. Unfortunately, the information they provided to me was incorrect. When I returned to the hotel at 12:22 PM, just eight minutes before checkout, I found my wife and my baby have been removed from the room, despite being before check out timing and despite there being no other guests waiting to check in. The room itself was disappointing: it had narrow beds that creaked, hard mattresses, and uncomfortable pillows. Moreover, there were no lockers or wardrobes, fridges, or mini bars available. When we inquired about these amenities, we were told they were not available—though this was supposedly noted in the Booking.com details. The bathroom design was poor, with water leaking beside the lavatory, which was located outside the toilet area. The toiletries provided were very low.
