Apple 1 Hotel Gurney

Very bad experience, felt as being cheated.

Disliked I like to share feedback regarding the Apple 1 hotel, Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The actual hotel is very different from the photos shown. There is no proper lobby, the cleanliness is poor, there is an unpleasant smell throughout the room, the door lock doesn’t work properly, and the air conditioner is covered in dust. Because of the condition of the hotel, we decided to pay for another hotel yesterday, as the accommodation was not as advertised and was not in a suitable condition for us to stay.

Liked Location is convenient with shops around.

Disliked Room is small, bathroom smaller. Limited parking.

Not so bad for a 2 Star hotel

Liked Bed is comfortable, aircond is working, heater is working

Disliked There's a smell in the room. The lock on the door doesn't look safe. We got a room that don't have any lock on shower's door. And there's a gap between the door. The bathroom wall have like a black mold(?) or dirty idk how to explain. But overall for a 2 star hotel is quite nice.
