Disliked Got it — here’s a more formal version you can use for an Airbnb review or complaint: --- *Formal Review/Complaint* The listing did not match the description. Airbnb advertised a clean room with facilities, but the actual condition was disappointing. *Issues we encountered:* 1. *TV not functioning.* We were told a Netflix channel would be available, but the TV did not work at all and no channels could be accessed. 2. *Poor hygiene.* The bathroom was unclean with visible yellow stains on the floor, around the toilet bowl, and on the sink. We encountered cockroaches repeatedly. There was also noticeable dust under the TV cabinet, and the cabinet had an unpleasant odor. 3. *No blankets provided.* Instead, a bedsheet was given to use as a blanket. 4. *Dirty sofa.* The sofa had multiple visible stains. 5. *Security concern.* The sliding door does not have a lock. 6. *Unsafe/dirty outdoor area.* The chair on the verandah was unstable and appeared ready to collapse. The area was also dirty. 7. *Damaged bathroom door.* The toilet door is broken and cannot be closed properly. *Overall:* We were not satisfied with our stay and would not recommend this place to others.
