Disliked 1st on arrival no signboard of santai Marina checkin counter. I was given unit blk B. 3.3., horrible furniture of more than 20years I think... Left outside nobody will pickup... The go without normal bedsheets that can change... Two pieces of old comforter I don't know why were provided... Worst Frightening was a couple tried to open the door till I was awakened and shouted... The lock was damaged and jammed, I couldn't lock from outside... Give foc I will not go 2nd time...it's affecting Booking.com which I will never use for booking again...
