Bad experience

Liked The room was big and have enough beds/mattresses for 7 people

Disliked 1) Only have 1 bathroom. Need to wait for one another. 2) Have coaches and insects 3) The bed sheets and pillowcase are not clean. Have yellow stains 4) The main door lock is spoilt 5) Some of the electric sockets cannot be used.

Liked It is located in the middle of the city and get good view

Disliked The homestay is located in a very good area, right in the middle of Penang city, which made it easy for us to access restaurants, malls, and nearby attractions. The location is definitely a plus point. However, there are a few areas that need urgent improvement. Firstly, the house requires proper maintenance. In the second room, there was a hole in the ceiling, and it leaked while I was sleeping, which was very uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness could also be improved, as we noticed spider webs in the corners of the rooms and the hall. Additionally, the sofa was broken on the left-hand side, and one of the dining table chairs was slightly damaged. The utensils provided were also not enough for eight people, so we had to buy extra paper cups ourselves. I kindly request the management to look into these issues and resolve them as soon as possible to ensure a better experience for future guests.

It was okay

Liked The place is strategic

Disliked they didn’t clean properly. There was left over food in the microwave. Quite disappointing. And we had to contact the owner to get the info. It was not sent prior to our stay
