Anggun stay

Liked Very good location. Clean unit. Nicely furnished and reasonably well maintained.

Disliked There were some issues at check in. Mailbox left open. Remote check in. Delays in collecting keys. Communication with staff was all remote. Not a great experience Unit: some maintenance issues with the washer / drier not working properly. No toaster. Otherwise a good unit.

Worst check-in instructions I had

Liked Location

Disliked Check-in instructions is sucks! I was actually asked for the check-in instructions since a week ago and closely followed up till actual day, however the agent told me that they will only send it by 2.40pm since check-in time is 3pm. Okay, I wait until 2.41pm and still not get any instructions. Whole family of mine has already reached the Anggun residence. I called it and the agent finally sent it. However, they wrongly sent the check-in location makes us confused and requests us to move to another place instead of Anggun residence. Then, after confirmed Anggun residence is the place we stay, the agent does not inform the person in charge to pass us the access card which caused us to wait a long time at the lobby. This is the worst experience I had for check-in instructions..
