Overall the place was very nice but with minor improvements this could have been excellent.
Liked Location, staff cooperation
Disliked 1) Room appliances were connected to access card. their power disconnect as soon as you leave the room. When we come back it take 1 hr for AC to cool the room. In humid and hot conditions of langkawi I believe this need improvement. 2) few things need improvement like washroom slippers were not provided, smell was coming from the wash room. AC was making a lot of noise and the swimming pool water was salty, irritate eyes during swimming.
