Disliked During our stay, we experienced several problems with the room facilities and services: 1.Water Heater – The water heater in the master bedroom was not working, causing inconvenience when using the bathroom. 2.Air-Conditioning Remote Controls – There were no air-conditioning remote controls available in both rooms. 3.Toiletries – The body wash and shampoo were not replenished/refilled. 4.Door Lock Problem – When we went out for dinner, we were unable to lock the room door properly. It took some time for us resolve the lock problem, which caused inconvenience and concern regarding room security. 5.Unexpected Alarm – The following morning, while we were sleeping, the alarm suddenly went off, disturbing our sleep. -Overall, these issues caused considerable inconvenience during our stay. We hope the management will take the necessary action to ensure that all room facilities are properly checked and maintained before guests check in. -I would like to request compensation due to the inconvenience and issues we experienced during our stay. Liked Good apartment not hot from air conditioner..

Disliked Every night outside ongoing dealership, security will let everyone in, suspicious cars, from the window you see this activity.. in daytime is okay in night not soo.. Owner only accept deposit hm.

Disliked They ghosted me when I contacted them about my deposit. Never have I ever needed to chase for my deposit like this. The beds looked like someone just used it. It’s either the beddings weren’t changed or they just dont bother making the bed properly.
