Ancient Riverbank 2BR River View Walk to City

Great location, apartment not clean

Liked Excellent location. Rooftop pool

Disliked The apartment hasn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time. The horizontal surfaces were wiped clean, everything else was grotty, especially the bathroom and kitchen. It’s very cluttered, eg more than 30 plastic flower displays. The whole apartment is tired, in need of repair and refresh. Many things don’t work properly, eg the aironditionkng is so loud you can’t sit on the balcony, and it leaks a lot of water. Toilets tricky to flush. One shower didn’t work. Etc

Comfy place, great location

Liked Location and value

Disliked The facilities are very old. The pool deck is not well maintained and some nails are sticking out. The gym is super old and I doubt the weights machine gets any maintenance, cables had no tension which can cause an accident

Kuching

Liked Location, good & friendly host
