A disappointing stay that highlights a real lack of hygiene and professionalism.

Liked The location is convenient for exploring Penang and provides easy access to the main areas of the city.

Disliked The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheet provided was too small for the mattress. Every night, the corners come loose, which forced me to sleep partly directly on the mattress. That is not hygienic. Despite several messages, the property refused to offer any solution. The kitchen is not functional, and the bathroom and toilet are extremely dirty and filthy. Finally, the room is on the ground floor with a window that opens directly onto the motorcycle garage of the nearby school.

Liked For a short term it’s ok to stay but for more than a week I will not recommend the place. There is a kitchen (not clean at all) but no way to cook because ustensiles are everywhere. The shower are full of bottles of soap and shampoo and other useless objects are taken all the space, so it’s very difficult to put your cloth or towel somewhere. It also needs to be cleaned and manage. The common space is not clean and nobody seem to care about it. Some trash cans and hooks could be added for more convenience.

Disliked The place is closed to a small square and not too far from places to eat and supermarket. The cupboard is useful. Nice to get some windows and light in the room. A chair is missing to get a own place to work, even a table is provided.
