Disliked My deposit was deducted just for cleaning stains that were already there upon arrival . Of all places ive went to ,, as far as i know they will only deduct deposit if there are items damage or lost . But for stains .. This is the first time that they themself weren't sure if it was from us or previous one and got deducted .. Their targets & focus was just checking stains on bedsheets and pulled off every pieces of the bedsheets thoroughly and not checking items damage or lost . Really dissapointing .

Unfair Deposit Deduction and Poor Host Conduct!

Disliked The host’s behavior was very unethical and unfair. We were charged an additional amount from our deposit for a glass that we did not break. I tried to explain that the glass was already broken when we arrived, but unfortunately, the host showed no understanding and still deducted an amount from our deposit that was several times the actual value of the glass. The issue is not about the small amount of money. It is about fairness and honesty. We should not be charged for something we did not do. I found this treatment completely unfair, especially over such a simple matter. In addition, the kitchen equipment was insufficient and quite old, which made it difficult to use the kitchen comfortably. I would not recommend this host based on this experience.

Liked We had a wonderful 3-day vacation and stayed at Amber Cove Premium Suite. We were truly satisfied with our apartment. It was very clean, neat, and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent and very convenient, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Whenever we visit, this will definitely be our preferred place to stay. Once again, we had a lovely and relaxing vacation here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, neat, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment. We will definitely be back!
