Disliked I felt afraid and unsafe, so I chose not to mention the issues I encountered with the accommodation until after I had checked out. These issues were: 1- I was initially given a standard room with an external bathroom—contrary to my booking—though it was changed after some discussion; 2- the room was never cleaned during my entire stay; 3- the towels were never replaced; 4- the water supply would cut off, and when I contacted the owner, he would arrive in his car and—as I observed—simply turn the water valve back on; and 5- there was no executive lounge, iron, ironing board, or hair dryer. I feel misled by this booking; the listed specifications were false, and I paid for amenities I did not receive.

Disliked The AC in king deluxe was bad

Disliked Some noises from the upper floor.

Recommended for its location

Liked Near to eateries & shopping area. The Room is generally clean and bright. Air conditioning working well. The plug points at the right places. Linens are clean. No complaints on noise. Staffs are friendly. Grateful for the parking available 👍🏼

Disliked Cold floor, hence do bring your own room sandals

Disliked the 2 lamp shades hanging by the side of the bed are very dusty
