Avoid, if you have the slightest problem they will just ignore you. Better places closer by!

Liked Poor Location, no convenience stores around, horrible staff, late for cleaning, ignored any query.

Disliked The communication with the staff was so poor. The listing itself had discrepancies which the staff just ignored. I messaged the property a whole month before arriving to ask about the listing and they completely ignored me. They never responded to messages and it took me going to the building staff who messaged their boss to get a reply. The apartment itself was such poor quality. The pictures they use to advertise the apartment is not representative of what I received at all. When I asked the staff about this they said that they where waiting to hear from booking.com as it was the who did the listing, all the while booking.com has been in contact with me throughout even being so kind to give me money back as I uploaded the pictures of the property to the customer service team. I wish I could upload the pictures and will try to compress the file sizes to do so to show the condition of the property. Just avoid using them and go to better properties in the area.

Disliked Not didn't like but thought it was weird that there was a panel in the room/bathroom that was see through glass (:

Value for money

Liked Value for money! 24h front desk, our favourite area of KL, air cleaner and a water filter provided

Disliked We had app 20-5, kitchen was basic equipped , neither dining area nor stools provided to eat in, shower did not get hot, only 2 towels provided and foot towel had shoe prints on it and got folded to make it unseen

Poorly managed property

Disliked Poor interior design and cheap furniture. Shabby towels. No foot mat for bathroom and no response when we requested one.

Really enjoyed it . Any issues was dealt with straight away

Liked We’ve been staying here for more than 5 times. The room is clean and we love their corner room a lot because of the big glass window with lots of sunlight coming in.
