ALEESYA Homestay at Emerald Avenue Brinchang

Liked Nearby centrum and some attractions

Disliked Bathrooms and kitchen were not really clean

Liked clean,neat & comfortable..

Leisure trip to CH

Liked Spacious and great location

Disliked 1) Smelly and not enough towel even already state how many people will stay in this unit when booking was made. 2) Bathroom floor is slipery when wet. I almost fall twice. 3( Need to pay security deposit prior to check in even not mentioned in T&C's in booking.com. However our host return deposit upon check out - so this is ok for me. But need to mentioned clearly in T&Cs so guest not surprise before making their trip.

Liked Comfortable with the apartment size just nice, not too big and not too small. Parking spot are near to the lift. Owner are very nice and responsive.

Disliked There is a small water leak on the ceiling in the toilet

Apartment with 3 bedrooms

Liked The location is good. Walking distance to a mall & eating places are nearby.

Disliked The place is clean but one room hot shower not working & one with broken shower handle. The kitchen pipe not in good working condition. And a bit noisy from other guests staying there. But overall ok. Keep up the good work.

Very good
