Liked Couldn't enjoy the stay because of the house discomfort.
Disliked Wi-Fi was the worst. Can't watch movies cause the low Wi-Fi the owner subscribed. There were ants all over the house. No proper kitchen tools. The sofa was dirty. We made a compalint to the owner but she didn't budge to do anything. So it's useless.
Liked The facilities was nice and very clean
Disliked Very hard to access the main door going up for next level because I get my homestay which is ''Block B''the card Access cannot open the main door nearest car park lift and I'm waiting another person to helping us for using her card to get there. I'm totally not sure about the card got issues and hopefully, this team management will improve the process during next staycation 🙏

Disliked Bad cust service..TV no remote..call the staff more than 10 times, no response till morning..they replied that the tv use remote app but they never tell us earlier before missing in action..how do we know right? And wifi not function..
Liked Deposit not returned as agreed upon check in
Disliked Host lied abour deposit. Given lot time. Still no response.
Liked Nothing. Except location.
Disliked 1.Bad Smell. 2. The curtains are wooden style but unable to really close up to prevent the sunlight and no privacy.. 3. Ants are everywhere, bedroom, toilet, living room, especially the electric equipment in the kitchen (we do not even dare to touch). 4. The bathroom has no hanger or any equipment for us to hang clothes at all. 5. Water from the shower heater is slow. 6. Last, the deposit was returned to us 4 days after we checked out and only when we were chasing them. (Stated during booking, deposit shall return within 48hrs after checked out). Now I'm so regret that i didn't take the photos during my stay. I do have the WhatsApp conversations for the deposit with the staff but i didn't share here as i hope the owner really takes action and solves all this issue before the next guest stays over.
