Family with young children experienced

Liked 1) easy to get food & groceries nearby. Too many choices. 2) better park the vehicle as a visitor. 3) Good house, facilities, security & pool 4) Everything advertised was nice but need to improve as in the didn't like segment .

Disliked 1) The homestay has Netflix program but doesn't has the account. Should discard the Netflix word from house name, whereas guest will confuse.. misslead advertisement.only smart TV for YouTube. 2) provided only 1 card to excess the building and 1 card for parking. Then, If you left famili in the house, you can't excess the building anymore. 3) To improve customer care. Chanting experienced with owner not satisfied due too miss understood on third room acond. 4) to improve / add facilities i.e tissue, small table in the bedroom, towel hanging, & having 2 excess cards. 5) no video guide how to CI & enter the building. Better have it. 6) deposit RM100 should return wthin 2-3 hours after Check out. Pls improve..
