Liked Clean, quiet, cold AC, good shower water pressure. Swimming pool is good, wasn't crowded when we went. There is a grocery store near the pool. Host allowed us to check in earlier.
Disliked Basin in one of the the toilets was leaking water very badly, this shouldn't have happened. Block C is far from the gate. You can see the shops but you have to walk a big round to reach them.

Liked Host gave detailed instructions for check in and check out and about the facilities in the apartment! Everything was clean and in order. Really appreciated the attention to details to ensure guests is comfortable. Host also provided coffee, tea and sugar for us and there were also some eggs in the fridge. Kitchen amenities were excellent. Thank you very much to the host!
