AISI3 Studio Seaview at Tanjung Lumpur

the housekeeper need to do a job in cleaning the the property.

Liked the location are well strategic. have a beach access & can also enjoy the facilities. easy check in & check out process. have a designated 1 parking lot. the sofa bed are spacious for 2 kids. prayer mat provided. massive view from the unit.

Disliked the housekeeper not doing a good job. found used fake lashes at the sink. used acne patch at the sink wall. aircond not cold at all (my kids sweating at night). internet connected but cannot access to any server since morning untill check out. the blanket & pillow smelled.

Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory except for the beautiful sea view.

Liked The sea view is the only highlight.

Disliked The interior of the house was very dusty. Many power sockets were faulty, and despite informing the host, no further action was taken. The toilet was not well maintained or clean. Additionally, car parking was quite challenging.

Liked Seaview. Close to town Quick action by owner.when we notified about the issue.

Disliked The toilet/shower shade/blind was a bit dirty. Need deep cleaning or replacement. Only 2 towels available when checked in. Eventhough, we have notified that 3 guests will check in before the checkin date. Extra towel was placed in the mailbox but we were not informed about it. WIFI was not available at the beginning of our stay. It was activated once I informed the owner.

what i like is far stronger than what i didnt like. so i will say this place is a great place 2 stay

Liked value for money, free parking provided, wifi, surrounding. these are the good thing i can think of currently. wishing to stay a bit longer but i cant :(

Disliked greeted by mouldy stench upon entering premise. the sugar/salt provided in pantry area also molded (i didnt use those btw)

Not meeting expectations

Disliked Unit is not clean. Alot of stain at bathroom. Bidet at toilet is broken

Liked We found this place randomly and also stayed here randomly while travelling to Kuala Lumpur. This was really awesome property. Would recomm the place to others as well.

Disliked Well not exactly the room itself, but the building had some confusing rules about the swimwear, other than that it was greay
