Liked Mimulin was very good and promptly responded to all our requests

Disliked Cleaning staff were not aware of the agreed service requirements as it was meant to be a serviced apartment and not A &B

Liked Location of the property

Disliked Plumbing problems were horrible. Very smelly rooms, particularly the toilet and the living area. Water was not flowing well in the shower area and that caused flooding in the bathroom. The faucet was leaking. The shower area didn’t have a shelf or soap case. The caretaker insisted on payment by hard cash and that was very annoying. He refused to accept card. We had to rush to exchange money despite being tired. The number of lifts for the property looked insufficient causing long waiting times.
