misleading information about bed numbers and accommodation pax

Disliked Kind of scam because my booking was accepted earlier, told to send copy ic, asked to wait for almost half and hour at the lobby, then host never show up and asked us to cancel the booking after realizing the our pax despite I have stated earlier in the booking details. I did all the cancellation procedure by emailing to the customer service but got an email responded that the booking remains unchanged and insisted for us to stay despite prior rejection and costs us big trouble to find an urgent alternative stay at that hour.

Disliked The room is very very small, the cleanlines not good(the windows are very dirty) and also in the bathroom is a very bad smell almost all the time.This bed smell is coming in the room especiallh night time.Even the bathroom door is closed the smell still coming. In the elevator is very hot, you can not breathe and the problem is that we had to use the elevator because the room was at 53 floor.

Liked CLEAN, Brand new apartment with nice location. Very convenient, is located at Bukit Bintang Prime Area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room view is amazing . Easy to get food and definitely will come back again.
