Liked Room was cancelled without explanation after confirming late arrival in writing with hotel. Care factor for customer service non existent. Room was found for night but had to swap room next door. Impacted our tours and unable to unpack with young child to use apartment.

Liked I would have a working WiFi

Liked Bath room / Toilet doesn't have exhaust fan .

Liked Friendly staff, new with almost complete amenities for family needs. Could have looked into the broken elevator situation faster during this peak tourist season with a better SOP and pre-planning work. Worth a stay for its gd location. If you stay in the top few floors the fantastic view of KL and the mountains is rewarding.

Liked Suitable for family. Good location with minimart nearby. Place was quite dusty.
