Disliked THE Painful key collection office is full of useless receptionists trying to ignore all the people waiting to check in so sitting around for 2hrs even after having requested an early check in with 40/50 other people was not on my wanting to do list. Also check the equipment as kettle was also stuffed :P small studio dog box side by side with others in and out in the next door studio! nothing like the marketing pictures quite false presentation will never go back or recommend

Disliked I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this property. The first apartment had an absolutely disgusting and unbearable toilet smell. It was completely unacceptable to expect a family to sleep in those conditions. The kitchen was essentially unusable, the only pan provided was in very poor condition, and there were cockroaches throughout the apartment. We were then asked to move to another apartment. When we entered, it was inundated with cigarette scent. How could they expect a family with two children to sleep in an apartment that smelled so strongly of cigarettes? It was obvious that the apartment had not even been properly inspected before asking us to move there. We were then given a third apartment, which was even worse. It was full of cockroaches, including baby cockroaches, from the moment we walked in. By this point, we were completely disgusted and exhausted. We ended up trying to “sleep” at around 2:00am while desperately searching for somewhere else to stay. We left the following morning and are still awaiting our refund. Liked Modern design and comfortable beds, all amenities were good.

Disliked Cockroaches in the kitchen which was not great. I would have tasted the accommodation a 5 if it wasn't for the cockroaches in the kitchen area.

Liked The accommodation was clean and very comfortable for us family of 5.

Disliked Entry for grab/taxi drop off to the entrance is limited to the security’s generosity. Which can be inconvenient especially when we got caught in the rain a few times. Didnt even matter by the fact that we had 3 young kids that would get wet in the rain too. Thats the only inconvenience for us.

Disliked My family stayed for 5 days. On day 1, theres power cut off 10-7pm for few hours. No compensation given. Was told to plan itinerary ahead. Towel were do dampened and smelly. The toilet doesnt have a window and good air vent. The toilet smell of sewage. Only allowed to change after 5 days. Bed was uncomfortable. Its springy. You sink deeply when laying down. White sofa and alot of dirty patches seen.
