Liked Great location. We walked to Pavilion, Damascus and KLCC. Cozy place overall. There was a mild hiccup during check in but the guard was really helpful.

Disliked During Public Holidays to many foreigners and guests and no privacy to use Facilities. Like gym n swimming pool

Disliked The owner has to indicate which letter box. Because there is 2 letter box. And to enter you need a pass.
