Very disappointing stay — poor cleanliness, no internet, slow communication, and we left 4 days early.
Liked The location was convenient, but unfortunately my overall experience at the apartment was very disappointing.
Disliked The apartment was very dirty when we arrived, and I sent photos to the host as evidence. There was also no internet available during our stay, even though I contacted them repeatedly through WhatsApp. Communication was extremely poor — replies were often very late or only came the next day. There was no proper contact person available to assist us. Someone eventually came to do some cleaning, but only limited cleaning was done. The apartment also did not look the same as the photos shown on Booking.com. Because of these problems, we decided to leave 4 days before our scheduled checkout date. This was one of my worst accommodation experiences through Booking.com, and unfortunately I would not recommend this property.
