Disliked Walk up. Hotel labelled and named differently on street than looking from road. My driver and I drove around looking for it for about 15 minutes. I stayed at the citi hotel around the corner.
Liked A nice and modern room, very well appointed and really comfortable. Easy check-in process, very friendly staff that was extremely easy to contact by WhatsApp and took care of anything we might need. Lots of restaurants and shopping options close by.
Disliked The three floors of stairs were quite challenging, especially with luggage. If other guest were noisy you would hear this well. Unfortunately, we had a few of those. However, staff was really trying to keep the noise level down.
Liked Kind and supportive people, helped me with storing my bag as i climbed a mountain. Good value for money.
Liked Room was exceptionally clean and great shower. Came back later on my holiday and they upgraded us for free for being a repeat customer.
