Abu Siti George Town

Nice and excellent

Liked Property location nice because got lot restaurant or food stall around the property. Laundry shop also near by property and what we need also around the property

Disliked Some aircond unit in the property not functional. Living room light not bright

Dusty, unsafe bunk bed and not comfortable

Liked There is a big bedroom and the location is near the center

Disliked Don't let the pictures fool you. It is a dusty and old apartment. The bunk bed is broken. The other beds have rock-hard mattresses. It is not comfortable. The shower is above the toilet, there is only a kitchen sink to brush your teeth. There is nothing in the kitchen. The few plates and glasses are covered in dust. The deposit is only refunded after 5 reminders and we have not received the promised compensation after 1 month

Spacious accommodation for larger group of people/family

Liked * master room is really really spacious * near to the parking lot and it's close to another food centre

Disliked * water pressure is not strong enough, hence the shower nozzle has slower flow. * aircond will automatically shut down after few hours, it's best to adjust the airconds setting before going to bed.

Good
